"Phillip Archer is a professional, knowledgeable, and extremely energetic realtor.  He is enthusiastic about his work.  He was confident the house would sell immediately.  In fact, the house was on the market for about 15 days.  A previous realtor recommended $1,100 in renovations to the kitchen and breakfast room, primarily removing wall paper and painting a neutral color.  Phillip advised against it; and the house sold “as is” getting full asking price.  Phillip was responsive, returning phone calls ASAP; he exceeded my expectations.  I would definitely use Phillip again for buying or selling a house.  A one word description would be “Awesome!” - Dr. Ned V.
